Hello print lover

Apparently I have been living under a rock.

Of course I have heard of the name Tracy Reese but it never really interested me.

As usual I (the self declared ultimate print lover) did not know what I was missing!

It all started when I was desperately looking for a spring dress & my boyfriend happened to see a beautiful blue puffy one on gilt.com (I am sucker for puffy .. anything puffy reminds me of Carrie Bradshaw in Paris).. anyways before I lose you all with my  rambling.. I went like a crazy person all over my school's campus to find a spot where my iphone would get signal..finally logged on to gilt and there it was my precious dress from no other than Tracy Reese.. and of course some other b.... already had bought it! (I should have said some other girl..but that is certainly not what I thought at the moment and I am trying to be realistic here).

Anyways with no dress I decided to check out Miss Tracy Reese's collection..

& surprise surprise BEAUTIFUL dresses! Definitely worth checking out!

I ended up getting this one... (which was my new obsession until I got new shoes).. gorgeous and very well executed.

unique prints & ladylike silhouettes? Plus plus plus for Tracy Reese.

Thanks gilt or should I say thanks boyfriend for this epiphany

and of course Alexa has been given the bag lots and lots of wear.. I mean is not everyday that you get to wear a bag named after you right? The bag is around $ 1250 and $ 1400 depending whether you want the regular Alexa..or the oversized Alexa.. knowing us Americans we probably want the oversized version!

News update: Ms. Jessica Simpson who used to be a singer/actress  is adding luggage to her already busy resume of shoes, lingerie, swimwear, handbags, accessories, clothing, the list goes on and on.. oh and the latest before THIS latest watches. 

Now, I must admit that her shoes aren't half bad... sometimes, her bags may require some work.. but might work, and her clothing is.. well sometimes mediocre, and sometimes ok.

She used to be a fashionista...back when I was 14..

Now my question is... Do we want/need more Jessica Simpson in our lives? and of course I say this with love.

Maybe you guys are wondering why my layout picture got a summer makeover.

2. Yesss! I finally bought those precious melon hued stilettos I have been wanting since Christian L. came out with his spring 2010 line!!!! Remember my December post on these?

The knotted mules are more perfect than words can describe...

I went to the store to get one pair of shoes ONE.. I ended up with these too!

I couldn't resist ...

What does Essence have? That is for me to know and for you to find out..

If you are from Miami and don't want to spend a fortune buying a dress  you probably stay away from Miracle Mile. Well, staying away is a mistake when it comes to Essence, a small boutique in the heart of Coral Gables.

What is so great about it? The fact that they got you covered for any occasion at very moderate prices. 

This is the number one spot I think off when its summer in Miami because they have that hippy "off the shoulder tops and cropped tanks" feel plus a great variety of cocktail-wear. Add that to a party city like Miami and you are all set for day & night. If you don't happen to be on Lindsay Lohan's team when it comes to partying you can also find great lady like summer dresses & office appropriate tops. Did I mention they have the best selection of maxi dresses and tunics in town?

Essence not only carries clothes , but they also have jewelry, shoes, and handbags.

They update their arrivals on facebook so you know what you are getting every week!

If you want great quality, great prices, and great service I def. recommend Essence.

A favorite

Despite his financial woes Zac Posen still managed to put on a great show for New York Fashion Week. Sure, it lacked the lavish gowns he loves to make, but it was fun and definitely wearable. I see myself with almost all of his designs. The line featured cocktail dresses and "working girl" looks. It sort of reminded me of the Original Charlie's Angels.
